Accommodation and facilities:Air conditioning was good, hot and cold clean water was found, the room big enough, bathroom was clean provided by shmpoo, soup ... ext. Free drinking water was provided. TAN network was provided on TV, but I hope that more international TV channels be available in many language (English, French or Germany)

Accommodation and facilities:The room was very different from the pictures on web site, it smelled humid and the sorroundings you can see from the windows nothing good. everithing inside the hotel was very old the opposite of what the pictures showed. We took that hotel for the swiming pool and for work in progress no smiming pool was available! That last situation was not advised. We checked out earlyer with the sensetion we have been staffed.
Reservation service:The booking service was eficent and at the moment of refound us for the nights we didn t spent at the hotel very profecional and realy realy kind. I truly recomand sawadee service |

Accommodation and facilities:Hotel se nahaja na ulici WisutKasart Road priblizno 10 min hoje do znamenitega Night Market na Kaosan Road. Imela sva 4 nočitve. S sobo sva bila v vsem zelo zadovoljna. Koristila sva tudi bazen in je zadosti velik ter odlicen. Zajtrki so pa sploh nekaj posebnega - ogromno in raznolike hrane. Osebje prijazno in ustrežljivo - trezor v recepciji. Problemov ni bilo, priporočam večini turistom. Vrnila se bova. Hotel to is on street cca. 10 mines of walk famous Night Market - Kaosan Road.We had 4 overnight stays. We where very happy with room in all. We used also pool - and he is large enough and good. Breakfast at all something special - enormously and diverse foods. Personel kindly and compliantly. Deposit box in reception. There where no problems, recommending majorities turists. We will return.

Accommodation and facilities:The Trang Hotel Bangkok is quite alright, just that the rooms are a bit small, and the pool is covered with glass, so you cant tan in the sun. The food was o.k but a bit pricey for what you get, but there is a relatively good chinese restaurant located on the ground floor of the Trang Hotel Bangkok. I know chinese food, and i must say it was quite tasty and resonable. But i dont jknow if i would stay at the Trang Hotel again in the future. It was a second choice hotel. For people who need to catch a train the hotel is great since its just a 5 minute drive from Bangkoks central train station. I found this hotel on RES24ASIA.COM.
Reservation service:The booking on Res24asia.com went fine as usual, swift, secure and very good rates. No problems at all. |

Accommodation and facilities:the rooms were clean and large. the staff was very professional. the lack of wifi option in the room (even for additional cost) was a huge disappointment.

Accommodation and facilities:i was in building 1, and stayed in the cheapest room. i found the room and bathroom to be clean, tidy, and in very good shape. Nice laminate floors (best for tropical places) bar fridge and multiple english TV channels. The breakfast changes every day, and although did not have a huge selection, all was very flavourful, and i loved the tree covered outdoor eating area with the beautiful koi pond (you can eat inside if you chose). I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. Only one problem, many taxi s dont know where the hotel is, but this was solved by carrying a hotel business card that has a map in thai language on the back for taxi s (get from reception desk). PS (other important information)... if you need a taxi to drive you to many places for the whole day, i siggest hiring Cool , he is a guy who stands outside the hotel on the sidewalk. However if you are not going to many many places over long distances, the normal taxi s are best (normal = one you flag down on the street) and always make sure they turn on the meter. if they offer you a deal with no meter, the cost will always be at least double the meter, often it is 4-8 time more than what the meter would be... so ALWAYS go by METER ONLY.... especially from the the airport go to the meter taxis (they will charge you 50 baht extra - this is the airport charge).
Reservation service:no problems, and very helpful even when i called at the last minute (minutes before check out time) to stay more days. ALSO... we found that usually the hotels with Sawadee.com are cheaper than the same hotel with other online booking services. |

Accommodation and facilities:Very good location, near the river and not far away for attractiones. We stayed at groundfloor in a doubbleroom. It was pretty smelly and the hotel was old.

Accommodation and facilities:Good, clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Situated about 15 minutes walk from Kao San area -- so quiet but still accessible. Big pool. All rooms have no-smoking signs -- we requested a smoking room but they don t seem to have any. Other than tha, no complaints.
Reservation service:I wanted to book 2 nights but got a booking for 1 night and couldn t seem to correct it. (direct booking from hotel costs more) |

Accommodation and facilities:Ok hotel, the price was good. Good breakfast. Can walk to Khaosan Rd. and the Chao Phraya River for river taxi.

Accommodation and facilities:Well, we actually only stayed one night in the Hotel as the experience was rather uncomfortable: the Hotel needs refurbishment, the rooms were tidy but could be cleaner and there was a strange smell in all of them + the sound insulation is rather poor for a good night sleep...

Accommodation and facilities:Dont book a superior room - completely horrible. we then asked for a standard room which was great. no hot water like they say there is though. somewhat central. there are better places to stay however... we heard other people complaining. so save yourself the issues and stay somewhere else.

Accommodation and facilities:For the money, it does pretty much what it says on the tin, so to speak: clean, functional and a swimming pool (which we didn t have time to use). Would opt for more luxury if I was staying in Bangkok for more than a few days, but if it s just a couple of nights, this does the job.
Reservation service:We were running on a budget,and found this site an excellent quick reference for hotels of different prices and standards for both our trip to Koh Chang and Bangkok. |

Accommodation and facilities:This was not a good hotel and, for the money, there are much better options. The room was not cleaned or well kept, particularly the bathroom. Hot and cold water did not work properly. Staff were helpful, but not overly friendly. Breakfast was cold with poor selection. Overall, I would not suggest this hotel or stay there again.
