Accommodation and facilities:Deluxe rooms are well maintained. Location is good. Breakfast & a la carte food are good. House keeping service is very bad. No transport was provided as per my booking for drop at the airport on 12.03.13 although they promised me to provide against payment for transportation.
Reservation service:Booking service is excellent. Planning to visit Thailand again in the last of May, 2012 for about 10 days |

Accommodation and facilities:Well located in the pratunam market area Rooms located in front of the Soi 17 are too much noisy at night time because a logistic company located opposite to the hotel works most of the night time

Accommodation and facilities:no teniamos habitacion a la llegada y nos personamos en el hotel y nos querian cobrar 10euros mas por cada habitacion,asi que la reservamos en el momento por internet y salio mas economica,el desayuno no esta mal, pero hay que madrugar para tomarlo.

Accommodation and facilities:Остановились в этом отеле первый раз. бронировали номер люкс, но когда вошли туда, он таковым не оказался совсем. кроме того были с ребенком 3 лет (о чем сообщали), а в номере оказалось 2 кровати. потребовали на ресепшене номер с одной кроватью и нам дали очень хороший номер. особенно если учесть его цену. отель недалеко от байка и рядома с пантип плазой - очень удобно. но сам отель довольно убогий, завтраки не очень хорошие, но все основные блюда есть. в общем плохого ничего сказать не могу.

Accommodation and facilities:Shower is not new but still ok. Some ant in sleeping room but the room still ok. No big problem to stay here again in the future. Hopefully our input is useful for this hotel.

Accommodation and facilities:respect the hotel staff which very helpful, but we stayed in the smallest room located at the very deep down the aisle. the room was ok except many spider web all over the bathroom and looks like the room has been seldom used.

Accommodation and facilities:the hotel is simple,the receptionist are accommodating and the receptionist are very warm. We have great time shopping since the market place is just a few minutes away. so will surely comeback, hopefully we will be given discount.Thailand is a good place, hopefully be back soon, so for those who are looking dor a place to stay Ten Stars Inn is justthe right place.

Accommodation and facilities:Well it stand up to its TEN STAR name, it is a gem of a place in the heart of shopping area, Rooms are clean and tidy and with enough breathing space, staffs are friendly and helpful. The four nights I stayed, I had no problem what so ever, the security is good. Over in all I would highly recommend this place to any one, whether you are signal person or a family and you should try the in house restaurant.

Accommodation and facilities:Generally the room is well kept and clean.Only thing is that for standard room there s no electrical tea pot for you to boil water. Furthermore during my stay, I was shifted to another room after 2 days w/o prior notice and when I came back to the hotel at the reception counter, I was told that my room had been changed and all stuff had been transferred! At least the hotel can keep us informed in advance. Staff were friendly.....

Accommodation and facilities:Generally the hotel is clean. Just nice for 2 person to stay in the room. However occassionally little cockroaches can be seen moving around in the room. Need some spraying I guess. Will definitely return as staff were friendly also...

Accommodation and facilities:Very strategic location, walking distance to Pratunam market, night market, Bayyoke Tower & Bayyoke sky Tower, Centre World, Big C,Pantip computer Mall, Platinum Fashion mall and also to MBK, Siam Center, Siam paragon & so on. Really convenience. Hotel is small but very clean, good value for money, this is my second stay and will surely stay here again during my next visit.

Accommodation and facilities:Up a very dark alley, rooms not clean, I left after 1 hour. people lying around in main entrance. Take care if you stay there. I know now why its cheap.
