Accommodation and facilities:Staff very friendly and helpful. Difficult to find as the taxi drivers wouldn t stop directly at the hotel. Print off a small map as there are many sawadee inns in this area and you and the locals get confused finding it. Water in room wa greatly appreciated. Room cleaning good. No toilet paper must be put in the toilet so that is something to get used to. Many places in Thailand do not allow flushing anything apart from the obvious down the toilet. Bathrooms are dirty and toilet gets wet when you shower. A little noisy because of the location and many partygoers/backpackers stay here. Many taxi drivers outside the hotel harassing and hounding you everyday. Just explain you already have plans or reservations otherwise they will try to convince you that their plans or companies are better. Overall an average stay.

Accommodation and facilities:Room quite O.K., clean and quite. Unfortunately was the wake-up call that we requested ignored and we therefore almost missed our plane.

Accommodation and facilities:it was nice. cheap and clean but everything in a minibar is costed even water. nice location and cool. I stayed 2 days, oneday was single another day was double. single s facilitie ... not good

Accommodation and facilities:The location is fantastic, the airport express bus station is just in front of the hotel. The room is very small, the noise of A/C is a little big. however, I did not expect too much, it is cheap hotel.

Accommodation and facilities:We stayed there for 2 nights and our stay was pleasant. Though the rooms were small, they were perfect for 2 people. You can not beat the location though. In heart of Khao San area and very near to all amenities and tourist places. Good budget hotel for short stay.

Accommodation and facilities:good location, just off khoa san road. rooms very basic, with air con, staff friendly enough, our room was next to a noisey bar, but they moved us the next day to a quiter room.

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel is very efficiently run given the number of people the have to deal with. Room was fine and quite big enough, we were on the 4th floor but someone carried our bag up and down. A bit noisy, but then that is why you pick the area - to be in the thick of things! Also airconditioner leaked a bit. Very convenient to be able to go shopping, come back - have a shower change and go out again within 10 minutes! Breakfast included was fine, but we usually bought extra orange juice from 7/11 round the corner. We loved being near Khoa san road and the parallel street where we had dinner both nights we were in bangkok. Shopping is good, taxis can find it okay. however don t use taxis outside unless you are sure of the price, as they don t use the meter and will charge you abotu 3 or 4 times the actual rate. airport bus right outside was very convenient. we will stay again next time we come to bangkok. Was good value for money.

Accommodation and facilities:My family and I had a great stay at Sawasdee Khaosan Inn. Staffs were very helpful and we like the location. Easy to get the airport express bus, find the dining places and transportation to get around Bangkok. We shall come back to Bangkok and stay at Sawasdee Khaosan Inn.

Accommodation and facilities:the hotel is allright for a city hotel, but not really beautiful. internet is quite cheap 40 baht/hour the room was clean and you have everything you need, so in my opinion its perfect to stay near khaosan road. check out at 4pm is just 200 baht more, whats very helpful when your plain leaves later

Accommodation and facilities:Located at the airport bus stop is very good. but the persons at this hotel seem without smile, feel COOL. the reception cannot give a smile. the washroom was nasty. Service provided is not reach the standard.

Accommodation and facilities:not very special, but away from the noise of Khaosan, even though Khaosan is just 100m away. Hotel staff like everywhere around here, don t care about anything.

Accommodation and facilities:It was an average stay. There was no hot water yet it was a more expensive hotel than others around that area. When we tried to check in after the struggle to find the place, the reception were doing too many things at once and not servicing customers very well. The beds were comfy though and the rooms were pretty clean. TV was a bonus with air con!
