Accommodation and facilities:This is first time staying in this hotel and also first time trying Novotel Group of Hotels. We booked the Premier Exec. Room and I must say that myself, my wife and 5 year old daughter really enjoyed our stay. Especially my daughter who really love the hotel. We were put on the highest floor. The room size is reasonable, special service and priviledges were granted for Premier Rooms which is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Request for additional Towel and toothbrush was attended to promptly. The BTS station is just outside the hotel. Overall experience is good and will recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends.
Reservation service:Booking confirmation was received one day after the booking done. Email was answered promptly. Service is good. Will use Sawadee.com again for my next visit to Thailand. |

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel being relatively new, the overall appearance of public areas was excellent and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide choice of dishes, and the service very friendly and efficient. The room (1206) was beautifully appointed. The airconditioning temperature though was difficult to adjust, and the floor in the shower got dangerously slippery when whet. Otherwise my stay was very satisfactory, and I would definitely stay there again.

Accommodation and facilities:Very nice hotel, lovely rooms, great location, nice fitness, small but fine playroom for the kids, super breakfast anf lunch buffet. Only negative side is that there are only 8 sunbeds...!!

Accommodation and facilities:Very well situated by the skytrain with nice restaurants just one street away. Extremely pleasant stay, my best find on my fourth time in bangkok.

Accommodation and facilities:This hotel is expensive. Then they want to charge you for everything else. The biggest bummer is no free internet. You can get 1 hour wifi for $5 US or 24 hours for $15 US. My wife had breakfast of a plate of rice and some fruit for 500 baht. There are better hotels around for a lot less.

Accommodation and facilities:The services of the hotel staffs were great from the front desk to security guards. The BTS station just right at front of the hotel. The room was great with climate control air con. There is always an unpleasant smell from the bathroom.

Accommodation and facilities:because we asked an extra bed, the suit room we booked became too small for us. next time we won t add extra bed. about the breakfast buffet, because our booking didn t inclouded it. the price for us is too high. if there is still another chance. I will be willing to visit again.

Accommodation and facilities:Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We had two connecting rooms which were of good size. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. The only negative comment us that the breakfast dining room was not quite ready for guests 15 minutes after it should have been opened for guests. This was important since we needed to board an early morning flight out oh Bangkok. Will stay at this hotel again.

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel is located at a very convenient location where BTS is just outside the hotel. The service staff are very friendly and smiley . The breakfast area is nice and cosy at 8th floor. The only slight drawback is the breakfast varieties are not that much and changes very slightly day to day. Great for family with kids as well.

Accommodation and facilities:We used 2 laptops connected to LAN connection in the room (for period within 24hrs) but the hotel charged us twice as the internet was charged per IP address. The internet system did not say anything about their charging system. Hotel front desk waived the charge for us but also mentioned that the hotel assumes that guests will own only 1 laptop/room!! So be careful when you use internet here.
