Accommodation and facilities:Very good hotel for its cost. Location is a little difficult to find but ok. Staff is friendly and nice. Close to shopping malls

Accommodation and facilities:Very very good hotel. Would stay there again once in Bangkok again. The only tiny thing is that it was not easy to find the hotel at first time. But the room was very tidy, nice and cozy.

Accommodation and facilities:Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful! Clean, new rooms and nice overall design. Shower head low pressure but still pretty fine. Location at Pratunam, but hotel pretty deep in the small roads so have some trouble locating it. Not too good when you are lugging huge shopping bags and have to walk all the way in. Roads r pretty dark. Overall, if you are looking for a clean room n good service, this will be a good choice. If you want super good location, probably you d like to stay else where.
Reservation service:Efficient and safe. Initially was skeptical but turns out to be great. Best deal online too! |

Accommodation and facilities:Fantastic service. Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room is modern and stylish. I got upgraded to be bigger room as I have my baby travelling together with me and my hubby. The bed is big enough for 4. My parents got the standard window view room, and they are both very satisfied with their room. Practical, stylish and comfy. Definitely will go back to Metz for my future trips. To get to the main road, you may need to walk about 5 mins. It is very convenient as it is near (walking distance) to Pratunam market and Platinum mall.

Accommodation and facilities:This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. There are too many troubles. First of all nobody wants to pick up your luggage to the room. By the way, English of the personnel is very poor. The room is too small, even absolute window . There are constant problems with safe, it desides itself when to be opened. The fan was broken. The AC blew directly on the bed, I had to hide it by a towel. The hot and cold water is hard to make comfortable. Besides, I found a piece of glass on the floor. The breakfast leaves much to be desired.

Accommodation and facilities:Very nice, new hotel, opened just a few months ago. Smart interior. Young, fiendly staff. Just a few mins walk to Thanon Petchaburi and Little India area. Comfortable mid-price choice.
