Accommodation and facilities:Excellent hotel with first class employees. On arrival asked for change to new tower and was given upgrade without question at no extra charge. Facilities very good. It made our Bangkok stay even more wonderful. Thank you.....

Accommodation and facilities:It was our third stay on Holiday Inn - Silom. As last time it was fabulously. There was a littel problem at arrival, with the room we had booked. So instead we got one of the new suites, and it was beautiful. We will come back again because of the service, the smile off the staff and also because off the location where you are neer to the River Boats, Skytrain. So it is easy to see all the beautiful places in Bangkok that way. So we can highly recommend this hotel.
Reservation service:Is working very good. But it will be nice if it was possibel to pay all the money one time insted off two. |

Accommodation and facilities:Great hotel right in the heart of Bangkok 2 mins in tuk tuk to Patpong night market and river. Breakfast included in the price which was very good. The only thing that this hotels needs is the pool area updating.

Accommodation and facilities:Rooms were small even though it was in the Plaza tower. Bathroom was very small in superior rooms. Would not suggest superior rooms. The ambience is good, Nice Indian restaurant and the food was good.

Accommodation and facilities:Great hotel, great location with the skytrain right behind it. Professional staff always on hand to help with any enquiries or requests. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodation and facilities:Had to change rooms 3 times, faulty air con, then next room had massive ceiling leak, final room was suite and was great, but was their best room in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not, pool is worthless (too small), gym dated, staff helpful, held bag for 3 weeks at no charge.

Accommodation and facilities:Excellent hotel with a good service and a good location. We had a great experience and even though we didn’t book adjacent rooms the hotel staff was very helpful in ensuring that we got this anyway. The breakfast was excellent and we experienced great service from a most helpful staff. The hotel rooms are ok, however not in top standard which you would expect for the price they are charging. All in all we had a very good experience.

Accommodation and facilities:Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is superb. I ate way too much. Good location. Nice rooms with everything in them. They even come in and close your curtains and fix up the bed for you at night. Staff was exceptionally friendly (hey..it IS Thailand!) and very very helpful. I loved staying there. If I go back, I ll go back there.
