Accommodation and facilities:ineccepibile, di stile, confortevole, comodo tutto funziona in maniera impeccabile, un peccato doversene andare. Camere spaziose, pulite dotate di tuuti i comfort che un viaggiatore si aspetta di avere, forse sin troppo. Consigliato a tutti, turismo o businness troverete quello che serve, personale sempre disponibile e cortese sin nel dettaglio. Un rapporto qualità prezzo difficilmente trovabile anche in Bangkok. Buon soggiorno a tutti.

Accommodation and facilities:It is a 5-star luxury with 1-star service. The hotel is nice, BUT.... 1. Upon arrival I recieved an SMS from my bank that my account was charged by Hansar Bangkok with 4000 THB. They didn t even notified me, nothing to say about recieving any signature. As I learned from the reception - it was a deposit. We spent some money at hotel restaurant (by the way it has very limited working hours and always not yet open or soon to be closed ), but it was about 2800THB. The difference was not returned to my account by 14/05/2011!!! 2. The room service was bad. Our room was cleaned about 6:00PM, quite late for a 5-star place. After cleaning they left our ash-tray full (we had a smoking room), on the first day one of our shower gel bottles was left empty, on the second - both they have in the room, we had to use shampoo for showering. We recieved our room dining menu only on the third day of stay (when we were leaving). 3. Reception: my room key started to work only when I asked reception 3 times. My friends, sorry, but it is not a 5-star service. I could not recommend this place.
