Accommodation and facilities:very unpolite male personal on reception, try to over charge all the time, diffrent information, really bad breakfast. wouldnt stay in that hotel any more

Accommodation and facilities:Rooms of Main Wing aisle are small, noisy, old and dirty (permanent smell of cigarette though we requested non-smoking room). Swimming pool is better in the Tower Wing, breakfast is ok, location is fine.

Accommodation and facilities:The rooms were below expectatios, because there are doors between rooms. You could hear everything from next room both in sixth and eight floor. And the hotelguests from Iran were disturbing day and night. We couldn´t sleep at all. In eight floor there was some continuing noise, that was terrible all day and night. The staff in hotel is very poor in English language, so often we didn´t get the help, we needed. The attitude wasn´t respecting as we had problems.

Accommodation and facilities:Old hotel who needs a makeover. Smells and feel dirty. Buts it ok for one or two nigths. You just sleeps there.

Accommodation and facilities:I realy didnt enjoy my stay at that hotel because: 1The room had this smell to keep bugs away all the time,the ac was either maximum cold or off,low pressure water and could be hot or cold any time,the picture on the tv was blurry all the time 2The pool,dont be fooled by the picture,we didnt see anyone swimming there. 3The price was too high for such low standards,one could expect a little more. Above that everything was good from personel,breakfast,location.But still its not worth the mony and thats whats important.

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel was very good and clean, big and good breakfast. The staff and the service was more than very good. I recomend this hotel if you want to live near shooping area.

Accommodation and facilities:I rented 1 single room, and the hotel s room is so small and smell. For location wise, i recommand. It s very close to all major shopping malls. especially, pantit, platinum, and platunum mall(all are less than 5 minutes). Siam square and center world plaza are 10 minutes walk from hotel. you don t even need to use the stkytrain and rip-off taxi for shopping. Bottom line; A location with very bad hotel. Try Grand Diamond. I wished i would had.

Accommodation and facilities:Hi Sawadee This is not the first time I have stayed at the First Hotel - it is really central and we love the shopping around Petchaburi Road - so this is where we will stay every time we visit BKK. Accommodation and facilities:Located near enough to a BTS station and Siam square where we wanted to be at a reasonable price. We were in the main wing and the room, bathroom and pool were quite dated and not well maintained. The reception staff were very helpful but it took almost 15 minutes to check out!

Accommodation and facilities:We had a nice big room, in the tower wing with all equipment you need. The traffic noise didn t disturb us at all. The location was in the middle of shopping district and it was easy to take the skytrain too. However the building needs to be renovated; the ceiling in our bathrom had a water leak, but they stopped it very soon. We had problems with the lights and the staff came directly and fixed everything. The staff was very nice and helpful with reception desk and all others in the lobby area. The food in the restaurant wasn t good, it was overcooked and dry. The breakfast was ok. Don t take the cab outside the hotelentry; they try to cheat you as much as they can: they might say that MBK has closed just now, but they can take us to sightseeing until MBK opens.
Reservation service:Very efficient as always. We are really satisfied and we are going to use Sawadee in the future and we recommend others to do the same. |

Accommodation and facilities:Generally the hotel is very good. The pool,Restaurant,and breakfast are extremely good. There was no tea making or hair dryer in the room as stated (or asked for)The rooms are reasonably clean but are very tired and are in urgent need of refurbishing.The hotel is situated in a very good place for markets, taylors, IT stores and the MRT. All in all value for money

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel was clean but worn and in need of a coat of paint. You have to be careful in which room you are put. I moved twice due to very noisy water pump above my head and a dirty room stinking of smoke. The 3rd room I was asked to go in also smelled like a chimney! I was given one last room which was OK although the hotel do need to buy some new towels as these had seen better days. For all my complaints I must say the buffet breakfast was very good. I will not be stayng there my next trip. In fact I had moved to this hotel from King Royal Garden Inn which I initially booked thruogh Sawadee. The location was great but the hotel unlivable, dirty, smelly and the bathroom had mould.

Accommodation and facilities:Some initial concerns at first regarding bed bugs so booked room in tower wing and found it to be fine. Good size and facilities if a little dated, bathroom decent too and bed very comfortable. Pool at tower wing much nicer than main wing pool. Service was fine and a decent breakfast served. Would stay again.

Accommodation and facilities:The first hotel is a great location for shopping at pantip plaza and platinum plaza.The hotel is full of people of india and pakistan. The hotel is a bit tired and the rooms need to be refitted. If you dont enjoy the smell of india stay away from this hotel.

Accommodation and facilities:Convenient to shopping. Breakfast on the first floor restaurant much better than the restaurant on the seventh floor. Also their staff in that restaurant including their supervisor are friendly and efficient. The lady on the tour desk and the van drivers are well recommended. It is better if you rent their van for a whole day. It is worth the price. In Bangkok, always negotiate for the price. Do not throw away their water bottles you will be charge and make sure you count the slippers (worn out)before you leave or else you will be charge for a fortune too. Overall, the hotel is good enough for the price.

Accommodation and facilities:we reserve 2 rooms and when we arive at 8 pm to the hotel, we still have to wait 40 min for our room. the hotel and furniture was old and the room smell smoke. The breakfast restaurant was to small for all hotel guest and sometimes we have to wait for breakfast. the only plus for the hotel was close to shopping.
