Accommodation and facilities:Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 6 nights when we first arrived and another 2 nights before we flew home to Canada. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. The playroom and pool were great for the kids. For the price, you won t be dissapointed.

Accommodation and facilities:We stayed only one night at the hotel before going back to Sweden, so we did not have time to explore or use much of the facilities. The rooms were good with free internet, very good breakfast. However, the room service menu was not plentiful although quality wise okay. Location was great for us as we aimed for the Pratunam market which was only a few blocks away. We also had a very short taxi ride to the Makkasan railway station to get to the airport.

Accommodation and facilities:Rooms, service and staff all very good. The breakfast was superb and the buffet dinner was good value too. We liked the area, plenty of Thai street life. We will be back for sure.

Accommodation and facilities:En super bra hotell! Jatte fint och lyxigt hela vagen. Rummen var super fina. Frikosten var super bra!! Mycket att valja, en stor buffe! Varsta lackra utsikten over hela bangkok! Lag i bra lage! Ingen negativt att saga om denna hotel. Rekomenderas till alla om du soker efter lyx hotell med bra pris och bra lage till allt!!

Accommodation and facilities:Very nice hotel. Excellent staff, wonderful breakfast. Excellent location. Go to the airport only 15 minutes. Dispatch station 10 minutes walk. I think the price is slightly overpriced. But if you come back to Bangkok will stop at this hotel.

Accommodation and facilities:Location was ok, close enough to train stations to not be a problem. Room and hotel was very clean and comfortable, good service. Would stay again if unable to find place closer to the action.

Accommodation and facilities:Отель очень понравился. Бесплатное размещение ребенка на дополнительной кровати. В номере - бесплатный интернет, чай, кофе. Большой бассейн на 10м этаже с прекрасным видом на город. Местонахождение отеля удобное. До Сиам Парагон и МБК ходили пешком. Если доведется, остановимся там еще раз.

Accommodation and facilities:excellent hotel very near to shopping area. best thing they had the kids play room on 26th floor so even if we leave kids in the play room and go out the kids will not complain and enjoy. breakfast also very good, will definetly stay at this place once gain when go to bangkok next time

Accommodation and facilities:I stayed in Eastin Hotel with my family for 3 nights. 4 adults and 1 child under 16. We had an extra bed for child under 16 as the package stated. It has free internet access for free in the room. The breakfast has many varieties. Room and bathroom are big, clean (no smell) and cosy. Hotel service is good, friendly and could communicate in english. The only drawback of this hotel is the location. Need to walk about 10-15 mins to pratunam area. Overall Eastin Hotel is a great hotel and value for money. Will visit this hotel again if they maintain their services and have reasonable price.

Accommodation and facilities:It has been a coule of years (before the renovation)that we visited Eastin Hotel.We were afraid that the rates would be very high but fortunately they are still cheap comparing for what you get. The ambiance has not been inproved; its chilly entree, the reservation desk a little bit tucked away, the staff seem to be under some sort of pressure to satisfy the customers. I think it all ads up for trying to be of hotel of 4 stars, in which they really succeed. Keep up the good work!

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel was great value for money. I felt like I was in a five star hotel. The service was great. We did have difficulties with the toilets leaking on 2 separate occasions in 2 separate rooms. We stayed in executive deluxe rooms 2121, 2021, 2001, 2101 throughout our stay at the hotel. Both 2121 and 2021 had the leaking toilet problem; however, we were relocated to another room promptly and with no problem. I would recommend spending the extra money to stay in the executive deluxe rooms. We loved the exclusive 23rd floor breakfasts and free evening cocktails (you can order more than 1 per person). The privacy suits our tastes, and the personalised service is wonderful. Also, the free in-room internet is a nice touch, although a bit hard to navigate and read at times. It didn t matter though, as they offer a free business lounge for all guests on the lobby floor! Spa was wonderful, although pricy. But the ambience was great. Didn t use the pool, but did use the gym, which is small but more than sufficient. Had next to no info provided on the free 1-way shuttle service. But so close to the Pratunam markets (and 7-elevens), we just walked each day, and took a taxi to get anywhere else we needed. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will stay here again!
Reservation service:The rate offered on Sawadee.com was unmatchable anywhere else. Even when we got to Bangkok we enquired on the best rate from the local travel agents - they could not even come close to matching what we paid on Sawadee. Even when booking an extra night with the hotel directly, they were stretching to offer us the same price for our class of room, but they did. Booking confirmation and finalisation took about 5-6 days, so make sure you leave yourself enough time. We were even able to ask for a very late check-in time via Sawadee.com as our flight didn t land in Bangkok until 2am. No problems whatesover. The information posted on this website, about the hotel, services, facilities and photos were all accurate and I felt completely satisfied with the booking service. Will use this service again. Great rates. |

Accommodation and facilities:hotel very nice and modern and clean since renovation. But not enough quite(corridor and between the rooms). Free internet is a good idea but not speed like indicated and not easy to navigaute with included in keyboard mouse and color of the arrow not adapted (white) Breakfast diverse large and quality. Staff kindly and available.
