Accommodation and facilities:Clear nice room with balcony, clear nice pool with jaccuzi, good and cheapper meals, personal good speak english and are very pleasant. Mini van waiting for us at the airport and transfered to the airport free. Good massage at the hotel before flying.

Accommodation and facilities:Transfer was good,but this time BF not serving as condition were given, hotel staffs should be attended to guest what s conditions of pre-booking,not give a coupon for BF and asked to pay..apart of that matter were just ok.

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel is quite far from the main center of Bangkok; however, I found it to be very convenient for a one night stay before having to return to the airport for my next flight. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was fairly good. The only problem I had was with the shuttle service. Upon my arrival in Bangkok, there were NO signs with my name. I had to do some searching around before I finally found someone who represented the hotel. Outside of this mild inconvenience, I found everything else to be satisfactory.

Accommodation and facilities:Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Not really very convenient. Hotel is isolated. You are at their mercy for supplies, transportation and services. You cannot just walk down the street to a 7-11 or restaurant.

Accommodation and facilities:This hotel is an ideal place for first night arrival and last couple of days before departure from the nearby airport. Room was as displayed on the web site - very clean and well equipped;staff very courteous and helpful; excellent food choices in the restaurant. Courtesy shuttle to and from airport available 24 hours - just a 15 minute ride - definitely will stay here again next visit. Absolutely no complaints - and thank you to the staff

Accommodation and facilities:Hotel location is very isolated with no restarant or shopping centre nearby the hotel. We travel by a few taxi but not even one of the taxi driver know the location. We manage to locate the location after several call,check and guided by the hotel staff. At the day of check out, as my wife have away to greet a friend and unable to back in time (becos the taxi driver cannot find the way back to the hotel) to take the complimentary tpt to airport, i seek help from the desk manager (a ugly man i like to describe) to hold on the tpt to airport by 15 mins but the desk manger angrily and rude at me by turning my request down. Convenient hotel is not convenient at all. A hotel i strongly discourage and not going to stay or visit again. NO MORE.... NO MORE !!!!!!!!

Accommodation and facilities:The room was very good size, we stayed at 601 the air-condition fan was bit loud. The receptionists and airport trafers service were very good. It said on the Website that the hotel is 1.7 Kms but it s more like 10 - 15 Kms. It took about 15 minutes each way.

Accommodation and facilities:We stayed at The convenient Grand overnight and thought it was excellent.It was surprisingly clean,cheap and exactly what we needed after a long wait between flights.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a hotel between flights not wanting to take the trip into Bangkok city.
