Accommodation and facilities:New hotel, good location, nearest MRT station is only 3-minute walk, rooms are spacy and clean, staff are friendly and helpful -- good value for the money! Will definitely stay here again!

Accommodation and facilities:Surprised comfortable room with plenty of space extra seating area bed and tea & coffee making m/c. large TV and free unsecured wireless internet. Breakfast expensive 350bht extra and food cold only customer on arrival for breakfast 3rd floor restauant.
Reservation service:Would book this Hotel again surprised that it do not advertise free wireless internet service. |

Accommodation and facilities:The location is OK. Within walking distance to Robinson Rachada and The Esplanade Shopping Mall. There is no toilet shower which for Thai hotel standard is pretty low. There is no free internet available, not even in the lobby. Unless you need the location, there are better deals in Bkk.

Accommodation and facilities:The hotel is just refurnished, the room is clean and new, but the design for the toilet has to be modified, the hotel location is quite good, close to many restaurants, Robbions, supermarket, 7-11, the MRT is just walking distance, the price is quite good. If you don’t mind the small swimming pool and high feel for Wi-Fi fee.

Accommodation and facilities:hotel was very good value, room very clean and basic amenities included. The available breakfast buffet was limited choices and not well supplied, my opinion is not good value . The local mall food area was better value. I will stay again when need hotel in this area for short stay, it is very good for short affordable stay

Accommodation and facilities:Very good, modern and clean hotel. No kettle or complimentary coffeee service in room. My friends had this facility. Breakfast rates on internet 125TB. 250TB at hotel, was disappointed with hude discrepancy!

Accommodation and facilities:Generally its a value for money stay for my trip. The service rated 2 is not the service is poor, but just a suggestion/area for your improvement consideration - Check in/out service staff not very attentive, one of the morning during my 2nd stay water supply quality was bad.

Accommodation and facilities:ภาพรวมโอเค วันแรกไปถึงพอบอกจองออนไลน์มาเป็นfeelแบบไม่อยากรับเราเท่าไร มาถึงไม่มีใครช่วยขนของ ใจร้ายมาก แต่พออีกวันก็ดี ห้องพักโอเค ที่นอนคงไม่ได้เปลี่ยนใหม่ เหม็นอับ แต่พอบอกก็เปลี่ยนให้อีกวัน แต่ภาพรวมอยู่ได้ค่ะ การเดินทางเดินไปโรบินสันได้ ไม่ไกลมากม่ีสะพานลอยข้าม หรือเดินไปรถใต้ดินห้วยขวางได้ ไม่เหนื่อยเท่าไร อาหารหาง่าย แต่ก็ต้องเดินไม่เปลี่ยว คนเยอะ มี7-11 ร้้านข้าวต้ม และอาหารอื่น ๆหาง่าย

Accommodation and facilities:We have stayed here many times, it is a good away from it all Hotel there is a great seafood Restaurant next door and the buffet breakfast is relaxed.

Accommodation and facilities:I stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel has a lot of potential as it has been recently refurbished to a very modern look. The lobby area is really nice and the breakfast area has a really unusual industrial design. Unfortunately a few things let this place down. Positives: great design, big clean and modern rooms with a really good clean shower. Potentially a good location as it s near the metro which I didn t use. Otherwise not really near much apart from the large market. Having said that 1/2 hr taxi ride to Grand Palace so not too bad. Negatives: door to room did not work...yes simply pushing the door opened it regardless of whether you had a key or not! Make sure and put all valuables in deposit box in reception. Remote for tv didn t work Drain for shower didn t work hence total flooding of bathroom when having a shower. Water drained eventually through seperate drain near toilet. I also thought some of the staff weren t that friendly especially the girls in reception. This hotel was very cheap and if they ironed out these things I would really recommend it. Unfortunately just the door not working properly alone is enough for me not to recommend it.

Accommodation and facilities:Wow.. the Hotel was fantastic, clean , tidy and the service is fantastic.. WOW.. the food was good. they do have a swimming pool on the roof top.. The view from the hotel room is not fantastic as i understand its in the city.. great place to stay.. I will surely come back here..

Accommodation and facilities:Hotel was very poorly maintaned.The front desk manager was quiet rude as i tols him why is the breakfast not included and could you check with swadee. The said that it was as booked. Then i said OK, but i need to stay for 1 week, could you pls give me breakfast with the same price and he said not at all. Then i said that i will find another hotel....and he said its up to you !!!!! Dont you think it was rude and unpleasent.....Now i check into claypazo boutique hotel. I got a junior suite with breakfast served in my suite. Im much happier with the quality of service and price. Cheers

Accommodation and facilities:i have been before in this hotel when name was siam beverly hotel. now is nice and everybody are good. everything ok. lundry is fast. just little bit short time for breakfast

Accommodation and facilities:I have stayed in this hotel several times this past two years, and the standard is as high as ever. It even has hot water in the shower, which is unusual for most hotels in Thailand for this price range. Will recommend to anyone. Is about 300 metres to the Huay Kwaang underground station.

Accommodation and facilities:I always stay at this hotel in Bangkok unless it is booked out. It is well located in relation to the subway and to the domestic airport. Hotel is always efficient, courteous and clean. Breakfast gives an excellent variety. Good value for the money, and cheaper is booked through Sawadee.
